Slize with eggs

Fresh noodles are mixed with egg for a delicious scramble. Perfect with a pickle. 


  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • pinch salt
  • handful or two slize


  1. Melt lard in a frying pan. Whisk eggs in a bowl and salt and pour onto the warmed pan. When the eggs are partially cooked, add as much slize as you like. Stir until eggs are just barely cooked through.
